In response to the outbreak of COVID-19, OBCTheater is taking immediate proactive steps to ensure the well-being of our audience, artists and staff.

OBCTheater is postponing our production of Shakespeare's A Midsummer Night's Dream originally scheduled March 26 - 29 to an undetermined dated.

Due to President Trump's current recommendation that all groups are limited to 10 or less, we have decided to postpone our upcoming production & livestream until it is safe for our artists and staff.  As soon as the CDC and government feel it is safe for groups of 50 or fewer to meet we will be remounting this production.  All current ticket holders will receive notification as soon as we have a new peformance schedule.

For those who have already purchased a ticket, we thank you for your continued support of OBCTheater and the Arts in Corona.   This incredible cast is ready when called upon to present this beautiful production as soon as possible.

On behalf of the entire OBCTheater family, I wish you good health and prayers at this time.

OBCTheater Artistic Director

More magical than Hogwarts, more detailed than Middle Earth, the moonlit groves of Shakespeare’s beloved comedy A Midsummer Night’s Dream, have charmed audiences for centuries. It is in these woods that four young lovers become caught in a quarrel between the king and queen of the faeries. When a group of local rustics are mixed into the madness, the comical snarl of spells seems impossible to unknot. But with fairies and sprites all around, it just takes a little more magic and, as Puck puts it, “all is mended.”

Due to the COVID-19 Crisis ALL PERFORMANCES will be live-streamed online.  Once Tickets are purchased Patrons will receive a link for access to this live-stream.
